Had a bit of spare time today, in between stuffing my cake hole with a delicious Mother's Day afternoon tea and kicking everyone's ass at Yahtzee (😂 I wish), so managed to get this finished for you guys!

I'll catch up with you all tomorrow and hope you enjoy this reaction in the meantime 😁

P.s anyone know any good poncho dealers? 🤠

Four your Western after "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" if you want to stay with Eastwood maybe "High Plains Drifter." It was the second film and first Western he directed. However, as you always enjoy films from Hollywood's Golden Age, I have two suggestions. "Stagecoach" (1939) which was John Wayne's breakout film, and is #9 on AFI's (American Film Institute) list of Top Ten Westerns. Nominated for seven Oscars it won two: Best Supporting Actor (Thomas Mitchell) and Best Score. It also has Andy Devine, who played the marshal in "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance." "High Noon" (1952) which is #2 on AFI's list of Top Ten Westerns.. Nominated for seven Oscars, it won four: Best Actor (Gary Cooper), Editing, Score, and Song. This will introduce you to both Gary Cooper and Grace Kelly, whom you'll meet again in a couple of Hitchcock films down the road. (Also, this was Lee van Cleef's first movie. He plays a henchman, with no lines.) Both of these are considered among the most influential films ever made.

Dawn, maybe this has been explained since the first film... but the director Sergio Leone filmed these as 3 separate films/stories. Just reusing some of the same actors to play different roles. The stories are not connected. The whole "Man With No Name" concept was something thought up by American film distributors looking to market the 3 films as a trilogy. Of course, we see in the films the 3 Eastwood characters all have names.. or at least nicknames "Joe", "Manco" and "Blondie" in the next one.
