I agree, not a great episode but I still enjoyed your reaction to it, and the episode had a few good moments. A Private Dick is an old slang term for a Private Detective. The guy dressed as Queen Victoria that you didn't recognise was Jimmy Hill. He was a footballer who later went on present Match of the Day. He was a big Monty Python fan. I look forward to your next reaction, they make my day.
