Haha, "It was OK" was my reaction, too. I think it was good enough that it doesn't hurt the franchise, but still slightly overrated because of the nostalgia factor.

Just watched it. I never made the Star Wars connection before, and it's pretty obvious. Not that I mind it.

"Best movie ever!" is pretty subjective, so I'm not sure who was expecting you to come to that conclusion. You still looked like you really enjoyed it overall and had a fun time though, which is great!
