Hi Dawn! Giving you a heart sight-unseen just for reacting to THIS movie! Wow. Okay I gave your question to google; here is what came up first: The closest thing Tarantino's ever given resembling an explanation is that the title popped into his head when he visited a production company. The company was full of unmade scripts and they were jokingly described as 'reservoir dogs' – as in, dogs trapped in a reservoir tank and fighting for attention. Dec 31, 2023 Oy! After watching: Well! I hoped you would indeed enjoy it, but I never would've guessed you'd give it a B.M.E.! "...chilled madness..." that's awesome! Great reaction! Thanks!

Theft of intellectual property! Wouldn't be the last time! 😄 Then again, "these ideas are in the air, they're in the air!"

Mr. Pink Steve Buscemi in a serious role: As Enoch "Nucky" Thompson in Boardwalk Empire, a 5-season HBO series mainly about Atlantic City New Jersey when prohibition begins in 1920 and over the next few years. The show also features NYC, Chicago and Philadelphia. Co-stars include Michael Pitt, Michael Shannon, Kelly Macdonald, Michael Kenneth Williams, Michael Stuhlbarg and more (lots of Mikes! Yikes! :D ).

Hi Dawn! Good movie. Great review. Please consider adding *True Romance* to your watch list. True Romance was Quentin Tarantino's first script. He sold it to raise the money to make Reservoir Dogs. It was directed by Tony Scott (Top Gun). It was released in 1993 between Reservoir Dogs (1992) and Pulp Fiction (1994). I didn't realize until watching Reservoir Dogs with you that Reservoir Dogs discusses a character from True Romance. And also, Quentin Tarantino created an unmentioned tie-in between Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction, kinda putting them all in the same universe.

Mr. Pink Steve Buscemi also co-stars in the movie Fargo, and has a tiny role in Pulp Fiction.

Reservoir Dogs is my favorite movie of All-time. Mr. Pink is my favorite character of this movie. So much that I named my Xbox profile after him. I love that Reservoir Dogs was made for only 1 million dollars. So I do hope you get to see all of Tarantino's entire film collection. Also True Romance as well. It's so good. Tarantino is finishing up his final movie. He said he would retire after 10 movies. He has done 9 so far. Kill Bill 1 & 2 are considered to be one whole movie. Anyway, can't wait to see you watch the entire Tarantino filmography.

Hi Dawn, if you want more serious Steve Buscemi (Mr. Pink) check out the HBO television series Boardwalk Empire. It’s 5 season, 56 episodes total. Really great👍🏼
