This shouldn't be something you have to ask for, but it does seem like a strange request given that we spend most of our time with you just listening to your wonderful voice. There certainly are a lot of distractions and interruptions in our modern lives that keep us from staying mindful and present. I think it's why reading or listening, just using one sense at a time, helps to center yourself amidst all the static.

Real talk: life can be really hard and sad, and sometimes the entirety of the unwritten void *terrifies* me, but finding the small moments, experiencing pockets of pleasure — like spending time with friends in VC, listening to a favoured audio, seeing cute animal pics — these are the things that carry me through each day. Thank you for giving me (and us all) one of these joys.
