talk + merch plans / preview (Patreon)

hey there everyone, I hope you’re doing well 💙!! I unfortunately have caught a bad cold and the past two weeks have been a complete blur for me. I’m basically just slipping in and out of sleep and everything else is ??? a mystery. For example a week ago or so I got a new laptop (which I love so far!) because the keyboard broke, but I just remember installing stuff and then going back to sleep while the updates happened. 

The worst about the cold was actually that until yesterday I had intense vertigo whenever I laid down or sat up or moved my head a certain way (it scared me quite a lot tbh, since it reminded me of how it was in 2020 where I had my 3 month long vertigo), so drawing was pretty much impossible… and it’s especially frustrating because I was ahead of the schedule I set myself, and I didn’t want to let you wait so long because of the cliffhanger! I might just be a bit cursed in that regard 👻

I luckily was able to find something that finally helped to improve the vertigo; it’s now only slightly noticeable when I move and it’s not a spinny sensation anymore, just mostly my usual cloudy dizziness which I’m used to. I’m so so glad about that and it definitely makes it easier to write posts and hopefully I get to play some games again and draw a lot now ; o;

This all is basically just a long way of saying that my plans got derailed big time and I wasn’t able to finish my 11 pages yet. But I tried my best to make progress with the first 6 pages, so I decided to cut the scene in half and share the first part with you as soon as I can!! My aim was at the end of the month, but I just had a casual “nap” for 11 hours right after I already had slept for 5 hours and that just tells me I probably shouldn’t make any grand plans or promises currently……

I still have a cold and my parents had it a week longer than me and they’re both still sick (3+ weeks and counting) 🐌 I’ll just take it easy until it’s fully gone~

On a much brighter note!! I have been in contact with Makeship; they asked me if I wanted to work with them again, which makes me really happy 🌻 and I also talked to them about a possible re-run of the plushies! I don’t have a guaranteed date for the re-run yet, but it’s aimed at mid summer 2024, so I will keep you up to date on that! That means in case you weren’t able to get them last year, you might be able to get them this year instead ✨ I'm going to hold a few plushie Giveaways in the near future, too - one of it will be for patrons only 💕

I’m also working on another project with Makeship, but it’s very very early stage so I can’t tell you much about it yet. The little Noah drawing of this post (first draft and will probably change) might give you an idea though~

Hope I’ll be able to fight off that cold soon, I miss drawing and the less I’m able to do something the more I want to do it (have been whining ”i wanna drawww” inside my head for days now)
