heyy, I'm done with inking scene 55 and I'm working on the coloration now, I'm pretty sure I will be done by the end of the month! It feels really good to be able to work on 3 scenes at once 💕

It was fun to draw Noah's friends and I'm happy that I get to "introduce" them a second time in the flashback, to show how he met them when they were younger and also what kind of support he had through the years without Robin. As I said some posts ago, unfortunately because of the rewriting and just how big the plot is, I don't get to show many secondary characters ;; but I will try my best to give them enough character and personality through Noah's POV, and whenever I get the chance to draw them I make sure to show their own mannerisms and personalities as well as I can!

Lucas and Benjamin are literally made for each other and they also appear in the bar scene. They have feelings for each other, and initially I had planned in more screentime for them, but I quickly realized that in order to include their full story I'd have to resolve it *somehow*, and I noticed that it would not fit into the flow of the main plot.

Lucas is actually my favorite to draw out of Noah's friends, I just really like his eye-shape (down turned) and his sweet personality, too. He's very very quiet and shy and he had a hard time making friends as a kid, but the group includes him wherever they go and they soon notice he can talk for hours about his favorite hobbies (photography, games, current fixations, and... his pet rats!)

Benjamin's design is supposed to be a bit bland (i feel bad writing it like this 🥴 i'm so sorry son, i have a plan) on the outside, just "another pretty boy" if you want to call it that, and.... I want him to own it. And make it his biggest insecurity. He feels like he's very replaceable and nothing special, but maYbe Lucas will help him overcome that feeling. He's the exact opposite of Lucas, has no problem of speaking his mind, he appears confident and carefree, but behind it all lies the biggest insecurity and maybe one, two dark secrets. He's a clingy drunk and needs a lot of attention. When those two meet each other, they become friends and yes, maybe they will become lovers in Ghost Lights, too!

I hope I get to explore their relationship through some extras. I just want give some of my babies a guaranteed happy ending hehe 💗
