spirit emotes draft & sketches (Patreon)

hey everyone 🌻 last week I've spent a lot more time in the Ghost Lights Discord server again, and it's so nice to get to talk to you all! I'm currently doing a bit of an overhaul everywhere and Discord isn't an exception. Somehow I just feel the need to change things up right now and I think you'll see some different changes being made here and there in the next weeks!

On patreon for example: I just renamed the $1 patreon tier from seedling to "baby leaf" 🌿 which is a small change but I think it sounds really cute!

I also changed the colors in Discord so it fits the comic's theme more, and I simplified everything as well as I could so I can manage the server without problems again... and now that I'm back I really want to make proper emotes for it as well

So here are the first few drafts!! I love to draw their spirit forms and their spirit forms in a more stylized way? It's even more fun 🖤 I thought it'd be cute to have an emote that connects in the middle, and spirit smooches seemed really nice for that! And the other ones are just random expressions that fit Robin and Noah

I'm not sure when I get to finish them all, but I'd love to hear your thoughts and I'm open for suggestions for expressions etc.!! I will probably do some human versions, too
