outfit drafts + info (Patreon)

something i absolutely NEED TO DO but haven't gotten around to do yet is to design their first few outfits when they enter their half-human half-spirit form. i don't have a good name for this form tbh, do you have any suggestions? semi-spirit form maybe?

Noah's clothes and appearance merge with the nature around him (pretty much like in the prototype), and also with the current season and scenery! so for example: when there's a pond nearby and fireflies fly around at night... he's gonna adapt. maybe fireflies sit on his antlers, and his cloak looks like dark water and waterlilies grow on his skin. i have so many options and i'll just throw him into the most gorgeous clothes i can think of, and give him soft flowers and bows and gloves and so on,

Robin balances it out with minimalistic outfits, monochrome color schemes and geometric shapes, and uh, lots of smoke! it's maybe too early in the story to really notice i think?? but Robin mostly wears black, white, and gray clothes. he only owns very little stuff too (while Noah collects and holds onto basically everything... well collectED. time to start anew), and he has a thing for geometric simplicity, and dark industrial and modern (interior) design... what a nerd.

there's going to be 10 visits (where they visit the forest!) that push the story forward and they enter these forms. means each of them gets 10 different outfits minimum 👌 thankfully all sceneries are set and visits written already, so i hope i can find enough time for designing some of them soon.
