The presented idea for Raven was "For a scenario, I was thinking that since Raven has a gothic theme, either she's getting into Halloween early, or someone else, like her friend Starfire or enemy turned ally Jinx, are trying to get her into a  sexy outfit, and aren't taking no for an answer." - Sui and I mooostly followed this concept, but figure Raven already wears a sexy outfit, so let's mix things up a little with a super cutesy, pretty-in-pink dolly look! Could be early halloween, could be a costume party. Either way, Raven's sure to have all eyes on her! ;)
