Hsien-Ko - " I'd like to suggest Hsien-Ko from Darkstalkers (a 2d fighting game).

I know it's not an horror game, but she match the theme pretty good.

She could have been defeated in a fight and being forced to act as en entertainment for the other fighters (obviously while tightly bound, and with some "things" so she does not get bored herself)

Early on in DQXI, Jade gets kidnapped and delivered to a giant spider - https://sta.sh/02fcbd6n1nx9 - naturally this doesn't go anywhere, as shes faking her capture. What if instead, the heroes party doesn't catch up in time, and her attempted escape doesn't go so well? Some nice tight webbing is good for keeping tricky martial artists under control.

She also has various outfits to choose from aside from her default, such as a bunny girl, princess, etc to dress up in for halloween. "

Jill Valentine- " I'd like to put forward a classic horror game character - Jill Valentine in her RE3 look. (Totally not hoping for a remake of that, like they did for RE2.) https://i.imgur.com/iy32M7k.jpg

There's plenty of dangers and threats to offer up, but I'd like to suggest her dealing with the tricksy, wrappy and very bindy vines and tendrils of plant 42 (Or 43 if we're talking the RE2 remake one) dragging or lifting Jill away for some very thorough gardening time. "

Kurumi Tokisaki- " If we're going with spoopy themes, why not go with a spoopy character too? I'll throw in Kurumi Tokisaki from Date A Live, in her usual red and black Astral Dress outfit: https://i.imgur.com/iMCPPOG.jpg

Scenario-wise, maybe the other spirits somehow managed to get the drop on Kurumi, to keep her from getting her hands on Shido on... What else, but the spookiest night of the year, Halloween! Given the character's clock theme, maybe they decided for the sake of a dramatic touch to leave her bound and gagged to the hands of a giant clock, stuck waiting for time to run out. "

Mavis Dracula - " Mavis Dracula would be a good halloweeny one. Maybe being abducted from the hotel inside a guest's suitcase?

Given her immature behavior and dislike of being ordered around by others, Perona getting restrained and gagged could make for a good lesson in attitude adjustment; the fact that she likes cute things could be karmic, w/ her getting turned into a cute wriggling captive herself.

The scenario would be that she gets "mummified" to look like her stuffed bear zombie servant Kumashi, similar to this scene: https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/onepiece/images/7/7a/Zoro_as_Kumashi.png/revision/latest?cb=20130208055913 The only difference would be that Perona's arms and legs get tightly bundled together in front of her to prevent too much movement, while she struggles to speak past the wrappings over her mouth. Maybe her captor would be Zoro or Dracule Mihawk who, tired of her antics, tells Perona to act like the real Kumashi and be quiet (essentially throwing her rudeness towards the zombie bear back at her, w/ her unable to talk back).

Since such a mummification-heavy "costume" would likely cover up Perona's own outfit, maybe parts of her clothes could be visible from beneath the wrappings (due to her struggles). Her whole head could wrapped up save for her eyes and nose, w/ her pigtails sticking out while she tries to keep her crown from falling off. A Halloween Queen's gotta have her throne, after all! "

Zobiko - " I'm thinking in one forgotten character, Zobiko, one of the protagonists from House of the Dead EX
She's a very cute and interesting character who needs more love. In her story a mad scientist create her and thrown her into a prison because she didn't listen him, that could be one scene.
Another zombie, Zobio, was the prison guard but he fall in love with her and help Zobiko to escape from the prision.
The scientist send a zombie horde to caught her, that could be another scene; and send Star, a humanoid swordsman who fall in love with her too, to kidnap her, that could be another scene.
