PSD file attached and in July's hi-res dropbox for Practical Effects

Each of the panels have been separated into individual folders. In each folder, you'll find a 'Tape' layer which already has transparency locked, meaning that you can simply grab a brush and start colouring on the picture (or use the various Hue/Saturation slider options your program of choice likely provides); your colours will stay within the lines, and the shading/highlight effects will adapt to the new base colour that you've applied.

This also applies to all of the other layers in the 'Flats' folders, so you can easily change the skin/hair/tights/heels colours too, if you want.

If you don't have Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint, you can download https://www.gimp.org/, https://krita.org/en/ or any other free Photoshop alternative.

These 3 PSD pics become all the more awesome if you imagine them as "deleted scenes" that the director insisted on trying out (w/ Wossy's encouragement, of course).
