Ochako: " Uraraka captured by some nasty villains, perhaps in the process of being saved by Deku (who has yet to free her due to obvious reasons) " " there is always next level Hero training, in trying to escape from restraints " 

Gogo: " could be some small discs like the one she uses to speed about - but they've taped or tied her up in her normal clothing. Testing gone wrong (Right) maybe? "
