Working on Jul#1's 2nd place picture of "sundress Asuka" was pretty fun, since it wasn't actually the first time I'd drawn her - this was!
This picture was in my DA gallery for many years, until one day it got taken down by the mods. Ah well. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I managed to download this pic from your gallery before it got taken down. In fact, I didn't realize it was down at all. It's super cool of you to re-post it here, where DA's puritanical douchebags can't get at it. And it looks like this version is slightly higher resolution, and has subtly different shading around the linework. Interesting. :)

Yep, I found the PSD file and lowered the amount of blur around the lines before posting here. That was an old technique I used to use a lot, but it aged kinda badly - on this pic, at least.
