How likely is it that a CCP rocket, whether from the military or the space force, will end up crashing into another nation's territory in the future? Rockets crashing into Chinese towns and houses is already a regular thing in the country, so I'd be very surprised if anything from there DOESN'T fall into another nation at some point.
