Did you know that geographically China should have 5 different time zones, but the entire country has been slaved to Beijing time? That's right, if it's 9 am in Beijing, it's 9 am everywhere else in China. Even in places like Xinjiang and Tibet, where the sun won't even be up at "9 am." It's just an example of the Chinese government trying to make everything seem unified on the surface by imposing whatever crazy rule they want without any consideration for how it actually affects people.
