New Graphics in Progress—Sneak Peak for Patrons! (Patreon)

Thanks to your support, at the end of last month we met our Graphics goal for Patreon. That means...we have commissioned a company to create new graphics for us. This is the same group we hired for our America Uncovered spinoff show.

The first graphic we want to replace our background. It's a skyline of New York our friend Ben took from Rockefeller center. But it was from 2012—so long ago that One World Trade Center (tallest building in NY) hadn't even been built yet, which is why it's not in the photo. It was only intended to be temporary...but temporary things have a way of becoming permanent, don't they? We always felt the photo looked a bit amateur, though. And we want China Uncensored to feel like a real TV show, so we can be taken more seriously by TV networks.

But of course, the bigger question is: Why does China Uncensored feature a skyline of New York?!

So we're fixing that. And here's a sneak peak at our new background—only for Patrons.

As you can see, it's China... but not quite. We picked a dozen recognizable buildings and had our graphics team put them together on one amazing skyline.

It's just a draft so far. We hope to roll this out in early October, along with some other new graphics.
