Great report Chris. We've all been watching the Chinese economy spiraling out of control for the past couple of years. Chinese citizens growing pessimistic, rising crime rates and Chinese youth "lying flat" are all barometers which would corroborate impending social and economic turmoil. Gerald Celente, a renowned trend forecaster, emphasizes the notion that “when all else fails, they take you to war.” This phrase is a reflection of the fact that governments often resort to military conflict as a last resort to maintain their interests, impose their will, or distract from internal issues. On Saturday (10/19/24), Xi was seen wearing military attire (which is apparently rare) and emphasizing the need to prepare for imminent war (presumably with the US) to soldiers of the PLA. So as all internal measures fail to quell the economic storm, is Xi truly going to take his country to war? If so, how much sand is left in the timer before the PLA goes on the offensive against Taiwan, the USA or other enemy?

Chris, this isn't related to your last video, but I have a serious question. Can a CCP member terminate their membership? The reason I'm asking is because my wife is Chinese and was part of the CCP. Most people of her age, 60, were members. Back when she was young, the only way to have a good and decent job was to join the CCP. I know that her parents were members and her sisters and brother-in-laws are currently. My wife told me before we got married 13 years ago, that she had terminate her membership. Is this possible?

Yet I wonder, China seems to have enough money to make war and buy all the stuff for that. And BYD bothers me with their junk cars that the world buys cheap. Just where will that end? The China Observer has stuff on YouTube about this.
