Yes, the next chapter of Breakpoint is still the next thing I'm going to release. It's been slow coming. (Tonight, if I'm lucky; tomorrow, if I'm not.) That happens sometimes. I take solace when I look back at the amount of output I had last year, and realized I was doing about 40-45k words a month, and that Stephen King, who is a "speed demon" of a writer, typically does 25k-30k a month. So I'll have some slow down points here and there. It doesn't help that I've spent the last two days sneezing my damn head off. Feel mostly fine - it's more like there's dust on the inside of my nasal cavity and I'm going to blow my own head off with one of these sneezes trying to get it out.

On the plus side, we now feel like we're in a state to comfortably announce the Project Quaranteam site, which you can find over here. It's going to serve as a central hub for all publicly released Quaranteam stories, and part of the thing I'll probably be doing with anyone asking if they can do Quaranteam stuff is make sure they're cool being on the site. Keep in mind - it's still got lots of things we need to fix/adjust/fill in still, but the best possible way for us to keep tabs on what we need to do is just to use the site. HUGE thanks to Agathon for getting it all set up and working.  It also has links to anyone who's writing on Patreon first, so if you want to throw any of us a few bucks in support, you're always welcome to do that.

As even a little taster treat, as it stands right now, the site has a couple of chapters of QTB2 that aren't yet publicly available elsewhere yet. QT2:10 and QT2:i2 (10.5) are both up and live on that site, with their release to other public sites coming later this month. Intermission 2 has been a big hit with Patrons, so I expect it will also be something my nonPatrons will greatly enjoy also. I've been using the Intermissions to show stuff that happens elsewhere in the QT world without doing long-form breaks from it. QT2:20, which drops at the end of this month, is Andy's wedding, and QT2:i4 (20.5), which will drop next month, will focus on Sergei, whom we haven't really seen since Book 1.

If you're one of my voting level patrons, it's certainly tight to see what the first Patron-decided chapter of 2024 is going to be, but right now, Threadbinders is in the lead by a single vote, and would be the first new chapter in that story since June of last year, so that's fitting, although Before The Storm is only a single vote behind, and both Amor Ex Machina and Morgana's Gift are only a few votes behind that. A couple more days and we'll see what shakes out, but I think a return to our favorite wizarding couple is probably overdue.

Anyway, going to try and get a bit more writing done before I head off to poker night. But as always, here's the public release schedules for the coming month:  1/6 - Threadbinders 6, QT2:10; 1/13 Pack 5, Threadbinders 7; 1/20 - Devil's Details 9, QT2: Intermission 2 (10.5); 1/27 - QT:AA 3, 2/3 - The Fertile Grove 2.

So would Neon Stonehenge also possibly end up being posted to the new Quaranteam website as a related story the QT1 & 2?

Looks like nothing appears on the new QT site until it has gone public. Makes sense to me. I would agree about Neon Stonehenge. Then again, I hope Blake Conrad's books are a commercial success in their own right, deserving of their own website.

went to the project quaranteam site and fount 2 writers that I hadn't seen before and the stories they started were excellent. oh, try taking an allergy pill for the sneezing I had a couple weeks like that before Christmas when the weather couldn't make up it's mind whether it wanted to be cold or warm and the allergy pill helped a lot.
