So as per the weekly status update, there are two options for how I present the Cast of Characters for Brewster's Brood.

The first option is I give you, essentially, Mrs. Churchill's annotated version. That will include things like "the socialite," "the banker," etc. This is the version I'm using internally to keep everyone straight myself, but obviously that means there's a bit of opinion/shading in it. Mrs. Churchill (and to some extent, Jacinda) has some thoughts about who plans on trying to go for Max long term and who just wants to get their kid and get out. If you go this version, you'll get a bit of insight about characters not yet seen as well, as it'll include a full list of all ten women showing up in Bravo Group, plus others who've been mentioned in groups down the line, like Marta (the nutritionist), Sunshine (the metalworker) and Isabella (the time bomb). It'll also include a breakdown on Mrs. Churchill's team.

The other option is I can give you a more stripped, barebones version, which will only have the minimum amount of information about each person, such as age, general appearance and slight background. If I go this route, I will go for the completely unspoilerific version of it, and you will only get characters listed who have appeared "on-camera" as it were and won't include anyone who's been talked about or mentioned, at least until we see them.

If it's up to me, I think Mrs. Churchill's version is more useful, and I think it's worth there being some minor spoilerish things in it (like who's looking to stick around and who's just in and out, at least at this point in the game), but I want to give you, the readers, a choice on the matter. Lemme know! I'll have a Cast of Characters out for the next BB post at the end of the month either way, so you've got a week to make your opinions known, and it will include

I’ll be happy to receive either version but I’ll still keep my lists and “encounter count” spreadsheet going. I’m really curious how you are going to get Max through this entire thing (assuming he makes it that far) without putting the pieces together that he’s basically being punked. That’s the real magic in the storytelling here that I’m interested to see you pull off.

Oh, Max can know something is going on. He just can't know the specifics of what is going on. This'll be a thing I'm reiterating as we go along.

Yeah even with the aids you've built into the story, I can see myself losing track, without them I have no hope at all.
