In light of all that's happening right now, I hope you guys are all staying safe, eating healthy, nourishing your immunity and body's defense against pathogens, isolating yourself if you are immunocompromised, being responsible and staying away from others when u show symptoms of some form of flu, not being unkind or racist or disparaging towards Chinese folk or Chinese businesses, cancelling travel plans for the time being, finding outlets of entertainment to keep you company at home, reasonably stocking up on the right types of food to keep you sustained if you choose to self-isolate, not trying to buy into mass hysteria with regards to the virus, being a solid emotional support for your loved ones, and being brave enough to seek emotional support from people you care about during these trying times.
