The raw ham debate was fun to watch, but i think the translation was wrong. It was "jambon du pays/jambon sec/jambon serrano" that they put on top of the pizza or, if google translation is right, cured ham. It's charcuterie, it's not raw.

And for those willing to test a pizza with it, make sure to put it after cooking the pizza, otherwise it will be too salty
