The little black spots on your multi-vitamins are completely normal, so you can relax about that :) it's just coloration from the different vitamins and minerals in the pill

I've taken Bayer Men's One a Day Multi-vitamins every day for years and they look the same. The funny thing is, before you even mentioned it, I wondered if yours smelled like yogurt too! Lol. I always thought that about mine. It must be a vitamin or mineral that has that smell :) Long story short, your vitamins are fine 🙂
