Sims 4 - Updated items again (Patreon)

Have you ever walked through a thick fog, when you can barely see your own feet? Well, that's what my brain has to go through lately. So, this adds some unefficiency to my usual absent-mindness... I fix something, but break something else at the same time.
SO... the bistro menus were still broken for restaurant, but in another way (I'm quite creative in making errors!) and as I was away for the latest 2 weeks, I couldn't do much earlier (I'm back, by the way, no more scheduled updates, I'm here for good!).
There was also older items with wrong descriptions. I'm also adding stuff  that I've fixed last time, that don't need to be resintalled (date of modification will be the same), to not have several "updated" threads (so I deleted the previous one... are you still with me, or I lost you at some point in the fog too? ;))
