Sims 3 - Anne-Cé's Studio (Patreon)

Souvenir from my holidays where I met for the first time of my life a Murphy bed!
I wanted to recreate the studio and gave it to Anne-Cécile who is going to age up "soon" (if "soon" ever means something in my game! :D)
It's also going to be the first time I'm using a Murphy bed in game (with mods, of course, as I don't want my Sims to be killed by that thing!!!)

PS: the pictures say "with Tiny House palette" just because I'm lazy and used the same title as for Sims 4, but it doesn't make any sense with Sims 3: it's fully recolorable, anyway, and will use all the palettes you want! ;)
