I was a bit excited when I got this request from a Patreon: " will you update your bunk bed for the new bunk beds coming with the patch?". Yes! Bunk beds!!! Tiny houses, kid bedrooms, all my favorites!!!

And then, what a disappointement to see EA made their bunk beds useless...
Thankfully, Lotharihoe enabled the slots EA had made to put furniture under the beds (otherwise, what is the point, seriously?!). I recommand you to download the mod if you haven't already!

I remade all my mattresses as "top bunk bed". You can eventually get rid of the "top/loft" single mattresses made for my pre-patch bunk beds.
You can also put one-tile object (desk, dresser...), if you don't put them on the ladder side.

I also remade all my frames to match with the ladder placement, and, for the one-ladder-only model, I made a right and left versions. The frames are made to not clip with my duvet, which is wider than the EA sheets, so put the frame first, then the mattress, so you don't have a part of the frame disappearing in the walls. :)

Quick question: How do we get the mattresses to slot on the bottom bunks? I have these items installed as well as Lotharihoe's mod, but can't seem to figure it out

I'm not in game right now to test, but from memory, I'd say the slot is to make the single bed perpendicular to the top bed, but you can put a bottom mattress without slot. But I'll need to check in game tomorrow if I'm not confusing!
