Sims 3 - TV Tray table, chair & armchair, and other stuff (Patreon)

New PC is finally home so I can finally launch the Sims 3 again, test my stuff and make previews! Yay! (Actually, I only have been able to launch the Sims 3 yesterday evening, so I didn't take the time to make super previews!)

Anyway!

You'll find today:

- a grown-up version of the toddler TV tray table, that can be used by one Sim to eat a meal, as any regular dining chair
- a Sims 4 conversion of a basic armchair used as dining-chair, so it can be user with the TV tray table
- that Sims 4 armchair as an armchair, plus its matching sofa
- a grown-up version of the school-like chairs & chalkboard table I had made for toddler
- a Sims 4 to 3 adaptation of the eco-living activity table that I had missed, somehow, and found cute enough to be redone for Sims 3!
