Daniel Mays plays a good guy in the 3 part drama Des, about serial killer Dennis Nilsen; who is played by David Tennant. It's a very good short drama series. There's also Jason Watkins who is part of the Nativity films, of the things I can remember you've seen him in.

One of the things I've personally always liked about Doctor Who as someone who grew up with it in the 2000s and the 2010s is that there is always something that comes along that makes you question everything you think you know about the Doctor, I've always gravitated towards the Doctors character, what even is he? is he god? the universe experiencing itself? an interdimensional being? a lucky and one of a kind timelord? or something else? truly a question I still have to this day and probably will never have an answer to but he is magnificent and has had the most character development I've ever seen in any other show or movie out there, immortalized forever, in theory he could keep going forever because he can just time travel anywhere and anywhen, he could become older than the universe itself, the ability to regenerate and cheat death really is op I feel like a lot of people would love to have that ability, I sure would
