another week without too many visible new updates unfortunately. We lost some of the 3d assets we've been doing so we can't yet show you the library with all the assets in place. But banana inquiry was as always hard at work and implemented a bunch of neat details, such as the custom cursors and a refined version of the character's creator, wich looks less alpha-ish and more clear. Also notice how the blazon on the right changes color! that's gonna be your werewolf form colors!
on my side, i had to redo all the portraits to make them look like they were a little bit more distant from the player, to give a better feeling of talking at a natural distance with the character. Of course, the old portraits are still there, so we could use them when we're more intimate with our friends ;3. Also i kind of redid from teh ground up jeff's portrait, i really really didn't like his old one. (that are his casual clothes when you find him in his room. The pomp is undone and he removes his leather jacket.)
next i proceded to draw all the game over cutscenes for the jones fights, they were super fun to do!
i also added another encounter, wich is presumably an encounter you have to do before retiring to the safety of your fully warded bedroom. All that running around hunting for you really, REALLY riled up fatso jones, and now the darkest part of the curse, the beast that resides inside each werewolf emerges. And it's a hungry beast, a creature that finds you EXTREMELY delicious looking...
needless to say, if you lose to jones when he's like this, there's no coming back...
