very tiny update this week for both projects- basically laying the final steps for character creation on one side, and finishing the new enemy's animations on the other.

for fenris high we implemented the clique selection menu for the character creation- there's a lil blurb on the right that is temporary rn. It'll be used to describe in more detail the class/clique you pick : jock for enhanced physical combat and durability, nerd for endhanced magic and item usage and cool for extra dialogue options and versatility.

for the pixel art project all that remained to do for the hedge mage was his jumping /landing animation

  

his special move, a heal spell that he casts on himself

 

and finally his second attack, where he pulls a knife on the player-

and of course the idle for said attack. 

as for the attack itself, i animated a version but the programmer told me he felt it hung too much in the middle and proposed an alternative version.

anyways that's pretty much everything for today. A bit of a slim update, but this week has been a bit hectic for me , apologies. Hopefully next time it'll be more substantial- until then , peeps!

The first one is a proper stab, the second one would be more of a slash tbf. But in terms of how they look I do like the second one more

Personally I do prefer the first version. Shows a much more natural body flow to me.
