Solid foundation so far! Hoping at some point in the future you have sexual content planned as part of the holds. This game is really asking for a mechanic where the guy can get an erection during a hold. You'd then get options on how she can deal with it, such as pain or pleasure. You could then have a mechanic where she tells him the moment he cums she'll kill him, which would lend itself to the interrogation mechanic you're setting up.
