Honestly there's a lot of potential with this dungeon concept. The trick is to how tell a story with a exhibitionist in that era. I know I'm not the one telling the story but I honestly can't think of a lot of good places for Robin to expose himself at. The only place I can think of is like on the streets at night or a village and of course a dungeon but that's it.
