Greta, from my webcomic Drizzit. She's not a "barbarian" girl, as many readers say. She's a noble lady disinherit by his father and then consumed by vengeance. Greta tried to kill Katy (who "stole" her boyfriend) and failed, so she was conducted in a forest where she found an alchemist, Kriguoff. The gnome alchemist host her removed from the girl's soul the "hate", embedding it in a magic crystal, and since then Greta lived with him in the deep of the wood for two years. Lately she joined the party and had a romance with Wally, returning a little to her original attitude and aspect. Anyway, I always thought she loved the time hunting and linving in the wild, so in future she could go back in the forest to feel again those moments.

Molti dei lettori di Drizzit pensano che Greta sia una "barbara", lo leggo spesso nei commenti, ma non lo è. Anzi, Greta è una nobildonna che è stata diseredata dal padre in seguito al suo fallito matrimonio con Brando. A quel punto ha cercato di vendicarsi, ha fallito, ed è stata esiliata nella foresta, laddove ha conosciuto Kriguoff. Lo gnomo alchimista le ha estratto l'odio imbrigliandolo in un cristallo magico, e da quel momento in poi Greta ha convissuto con lui, per due anni. In seguito si è unita al gruppo, innamorandosi di Wally, e ha recuperato un minimo del suo aspetto e del suo modo di fare originale. Ma credo che in cuor suo abbia amato il periodo trascorso a cacciare nella foresta e che un giorno, magari, tornerà nei boschi anche solo per provare di nuovo quelle sensazioni.

Due variant molto più... "naturali" saranno incluse nelle ricompense digitali Kings+ di questo mese. Questa è l'ultima illustrazione esclusiva Knight di Aprile, nei prossimi giorni decideremo la pin-up emperor di Maggio (domani apro il sondaggio).
