Ananke, forgotten muse of sacred art (Patreon)

Ananke was an antagonist in my webcomic The Author. She was the muse of sacred art, but she was imprisoned in the "desmoterion" for 2.000 years, until she broke free in 2016. I always loved her look, she's so much the bad girl you'll fall in love for. This illustration is a remake of the old concept, and I used as reference a sculpture by Luigi Secchi named "The Meditation". I've added to the post both the original concept and a photo of the sculpture.

Ananke era un'antagonista del mio webcomic The Author. Era la musa dell'arte sacra, ma fu imprigionata nel "desmoterion" per 2000 anni, finché non riuscì a fuggire nel 2016. Mi è sempre piaciuto il suo look, fa tanto la cattiva ragazza di cui alle fine ti innamori. Questa illustrazione è il remake di un vecchio concept, e ho usato come riferimento una scultura di Luigi Secchi (wow quasi omonimo) intitolata "La Meditazione". Vi allego sia il concept originale che una foto della statua.
