The continuation of Scott's story - He meets up with a mad scientist that will help him hone is powers, but the scientist turns out to possibly be an even bigger creep than Scott!

The second part of a story I wrote a long time ago. Definitely think of it as an NC-17 rated version of the campy Saturday morning cartoons that were on in the 90s. The dialogue makes a lot more sense when you picture it coming from the types of villains that went up against the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the Toxic Avenger.

I never wrote a part 3 to this story but it would involve Scott or "Father Time" going up against a 90s-cartoon style group of female heroes. If you'd like to see that show up on here sometime down the line, like or comment on this post!
