Let's start things off by talking about the update that was recently pushed. I was very sleepy and very annoyed by the time it went live, because it took roughly three hours to put all of the images in because I couldn't find where to put them. Hopefully, that won't be such a major issue going forwards, as I'm going to start asking artists to tell me where to put there art, instead of having to go on a wild goose chase to find what specific interaction they depicted (if it's in the game at all).

But anyway, it all worked out in the end. A lot of new art, and you can now show the dragons in the dungeon your draconic royalty-panties even if you don't have three in total. Note that you must still be wearing a pair, because I couldn't think of a reason for Moe to bare their loins without having something to showcase. Note that this segment isn't done quite yet. It will be finished in the next update, which shouldn't take too long to make.

A lot of art was added in the previous update, made by Papaya and TruFezan. Stuff for Night Three and for Cassidy's barn. One of the pieces of art that was meant to be included in the update is currently being reworked. One additional piece has been added today. On top of the art for the game, a stupid amount of fan art was added, all commissioned by Caesin!

2020 is coming to an end today. That's why I'd like to tell you guys a bit about my plans for the upcoming year. I have an idea for a set of small, scope-limited visual novels targeting a specific audience: people who like monsters. Deathclaws, Baronesses of Hell, xenomorphs, wyverns from Monster Hunter. That sort of stuff. These visual novels will not be linked back to Patreon, but I hope they generate some interest in what I'm making regardless!

Besides these visual novels, Kobold Knight will hopefully also start to pick up steam once the concept art for the main character is finally complete. Note that both of these side projects will not interfere with work on Kobold Adventure. Visual Novel style writing is very distinct from the wordiness of a full-on text adventure, and Kobold Knight work (for me) will mostly entail programming. Different styles of working, to keep it fresh throughout the year!

With some luck, I'll be able to pick up the pace on Kobold Adventure ever so slightly as the year progresses. There's been a dip of productivity near the end of 2020, and I fully intend to rectify that as best as I can. I apologize for my lack of progress, and I'll try my hardest to do better in the future. Still, while the quantity has sort of lowered a bit, I do think the quality is still pretty high up there. No problems on that end!

That's about all I have to say for now. Thank you for your continued interest in Kobold Adventure. Whether you were here to witness 2020 or not, I hope I'll be seeing you at the end of 2021 as well. I may not always succeed, but I give my projects my all, and I hope that will suffice to keep you sated with content in the near future. See you guys in 2021. Merry Christmas, and a happy new year.
