Added Trending section (should be explicitly enabled via Settings/General/Set-up sections

Player: added like/dislike count

Added Kids section (enable via Settings/General/Set-up sections)

Channel section: improved channels list loading speed, fixed position marks bug, etc.

Player suggestions: added an extra row with current section content  (e.g. when you open a video in the Subscriptions section you'll see extra subscriptions row)

New option: Settings/Player/Misc/Use current section contents as a playlist (enabled by default)
