Seaweed Rice Paper Chips
Rice paper
Nori seaweed sheets
seasonings of your choice
oil for frying
- dip the rice paper in a bowl of water until all sides are wet, no need to wait until it’s fully soft
- lay the wet rice paper over nori sheet and use hands to firmly adhere rice paper to nori sheet
- use a blow dryer and dry the rice paper until not wet anymore, and mostly dry. OR can leave the prepared sheets out overnight to dry, and use the next day
- cut the sheets into chip size
- shallow fry the chips in oil, take it out as soon as it puffs up
- season with whatever seasoning you want
