Dear Patrons

Here's some bloopers and behind the scenes footage I collected over the course of the year - I hope you enjoy it!

I also hope it gives you an insight into how we produce the Honest Government Ads.

As you can see, it's still very much a family affair, we are still a small, tight-knit team and most importantly, we are still 100% independent - and that is all thanks to your support.

Thank you to all the Patrons who have signed up in 2022. And and even bigger thanks to all those who've been with us long-term. (You probably get tired of hearing this, but you are the only reason we can do this work!)

As well as the things I mention in the video, one of my goals for 2023 on the admin side is to bring on a guest writer (or two) to help us cover more topics. Any growth will be in small steps to ensure we maintain the quality of our work, but I really want to start putting this into action now - it's not like I'm getting any younger!

Anyway, I want to keep this short - so enjoy the video, and let me know if you have any suggestions or requests for the new year.

I hope you are taking some time out over this period to recharge after a big year. And if you have children or extended family, I hope you have the chance to spend some special times together.

Luca is at the age now where he's started to ask me when I'll stop working so that we can do things together. I am aware this time won't last forever and soon he'll grow up (cue Cat Stevens' "Father & Son"). So with that in mind, we'll be taking a short break in January to fill that family cup, before diving into the new year of Honest Government Ads.

God knows humanity has some huge challenges ahead, and little time in which to address them. And with your help, I look forward to playing our part.
