There's just under 1 week to go before the election.

But that doesn't mean I've been sitting on my arse. Nope, we've made one more HGA - a sneaky bonus episode to round off Season 2.

Something to capture this government's desperation as it faces the electorate after  three years of unbridled Scottfuckery. And more importantly, to remind  folks to hold the line and keep up the pressure during this final week - which is when it could literally go either way.

ONE WEEK! (I can't believe it)

We've been covering this Government for three years - six if you count the previous term. And we've been covering election in one shape or another since the end of last year.

Starting with our Hung Parliament HGA which will has received over 1M views across our pages. And which - together with our older HGA on Preferential Voting (which itself has received about 4M views across our pages!) - has hopefully helped many people to better understand our electoral system.

We also made sure not to forget about giving Clive Palmer the HGA treatment, so we made an episode about the United Australia Party. We rounded off our coverage of this Government's "climate policy" with an HGA on carbon credits and offsets (which will continue to be relevant under a potential Labor government); and of course The Floods.

And then we dropped an epic double-length retrospective HGA on the past three years of Coalition Government to top it all off with our Season 2 finale.

We produced several podcasts featuring conversations with experts - from Simon Holmes à Court on the independents movement, to Sue Higginson, Peter Kalmus & Ella Gilbert, and Polly Hemming on climate law, science and policy - respectively.

And Ellen and I then made a How To Vote video to help people who might still be confused about how our voting system works, and how to make their vote count for climate at this election.

I don't know what the outcome of this election will be. But I know that we all worked incredibly hard to cover as many bases as we could, in order to help people access essential information so that they can make better informed choices at this election.

I want to thank Lucy for her incredible patience and hard work while I've spent hours at the computer these past few months (she's looking forward to me taking a break soon!), as well as to our brilliant actors Ellen and Zoe - with an extra special mention for Ellen who has been tirelessly helping me by editing the podcasts.

And of course, we could not have done ANY of this without you - our Patrons. So, thank you for all the support you've given us - big or small - to get us to this point where we can have a meaningful impact.
