Here's the latest Honest Government Ad that you've made possible.

I want to say, "I hope you enjoy it" but that might not be the best choice of word give the subject of this HGA. In fact, I should add a content warning as this one contains references to sexual assault.

I wasn't going to make a video about what's going on in our sick little Government atm - I felt like people had it pretty well covered. But as the story developed I just felt awkward *not* making a video about it. So we decided to jump onto this issue as a way of showing solidarity with all those who are saying Enough Is Enough. And rightly so.

Thank you for the feedback on the Preview I shared on Sunday. I'm sorry that I couldn't accommodate everyone's preferences re Aussie vernacular use. Thank you for trusting my judgment - and please know that I do appreciate your feedback and I am mindful of using language judiciously :)

Oh and if you're wondering why the video is so different to the audio preview - I actually decided that the first draft of the script wasn't focused enough on current issues. As much as I wanted to also reference the Cashless Debit Card and Robodebt - to highlight our Govt's inability to uphold its own "Australian Values" - it just felt like the real focus needed to be on the current shitfuckery.

So we did a crazyarse re-shoot of some lines on Tuesday. On the bright side, this allowed me to include a few extra details that emerged this week.

Anyway, I hope you like how it turned out. (And I might see if I can upload the cut section to Twitter/FB seen as I've already edited it!)
