Here's our newest Honest Government Ad - created, as always, thanks to your support.

Today, we're taking on the masters of shitfuckery - the US Government.

I figure: we've built a powerful tool here with the Honest Government Ads. So why not put it to use by helping out our friends in the USA.

Coz the stakes could not be higher with this US election. In terms of climate action alone, this could well be the most important election of our lifetimes. Which is why I feel like this is where we should be focusing some of our attention.   

Some might call it “foreign intergerence”, but hey… the US Government has interfered with just about everyone’s shit around the world – including ours, when they helped oust our Prime Minister, Gough Whitlam (1975). Besides, I’ve had so many Americans writing to us begging us to make an HGA about their Government. So I feel like we have an invitation to get stuck in to their shitfuckery.

I hope you like how it turned out.

If this HGA is well received, we might make more Honest Trump  2020 Ads between now and November. And yes, I will take your feedback on board, and make them more focused on specific issues. This HGA was meant to provide an overview, which hopefully it does.

Thanks to everyone who gave me feedback on the audio preview at the start of the week! I really, really appreciate it. Fun story: in response to your feedback, we slimmed down the final section about the various ways Trump is undermining the election process... But then last night, just as I was doing the final editing tweaks, Trump started tweeting about voter fraud and delaying the election (It's hard to keep up with that guy's shitfuckery). So I just had to add that part back in, including a reference to that tweet of his, which is less than 24 hours old.

We’ll be uploading the PG version on Monday (you'll find it on our PG/Teachers page).

And then I’ll be back with the podcast. Speaking of the podcast: over the coming months, I’d like to try and focus more on the videos – so the podcast may or may not come before the next HGA. In short, I’m just going to focus on producing as many good videos and podcasts as we can, in whatever order they come out.

So, I’ll see you again soon... with whatever I have to share with you!
