Weekly devlog! Promotion edition! (Patreon)

Hello all! This week was a huge milestone for me, because I finally made the game public! If this is news to you, make sure to download it and take a look. You can find the about page of my Patreon.

Yesterday, I made a post of my game on reddit and it was pretty popular! You can find a link to it here. It actually became one of the most popular posts of all time on that subreddit :)

As you'll see, most of this week was about preparing for this public release. The next (at least major) thing I want to work on is to replace the current library I'm using to manage dialogue with another library called Fungus. This may take me some time to do, but once it's done, I think all development will go a lot faster.

Here's this week's devlog!

• Use Mia's new facial expressions
• Mia's eyes are now looking directly forward in the "Small Kiss" picture
• Add more padding to text in the dialogue box
• Put pledge tiers into 3 sections: All Games, MGF, and AoF
• Move AoF sketches to the $5 tier
• Come up with potential patreon goal ideas
• Come up with potential patreon pledge tiers - For inspiration, I spent a lot of time checking out other successful NSFW Patreon accounts and noting what they offered for goals and pledge tiers. There are a few things I plan to add later (especially early access to releases).
• Upload AoF sketches to dropbox - This is a noteworthy change. I added a bunch of sketches that I've never showed anyone before to a dropbox. There's even a lot in there that are sketches of drawings that were never finalized or put into the game. There's over 300 sketches in there, so there should be a lot to check out!
• Upload MGF completed artwork to dropbox
• Upload MGF PSDs to dropbox - $10 pledges can now download the original PSDs of the Monster Girl Farmer characters and backgrounds.
• Create a patreon post where every tier can find where to get their rewards
• Create a patreon post for $1 pledges
• Create a patreon post for $10 pledges
• Link to all the $1 stories in the $1 rewards post
• Change your creator name to AOF - Monster Girl Farmer is going to be mostly vanilla, plus it was confusing to have the same name as a game I made. I've decided to be really creative and call myself AOF instead of Academy of Fetishes.
• Rename pledge tiers - You'll notice they're now farm themed!
• Edit the about page to talk about MGF
• Move the discord link to the bottom of the description
• Add a link to Patreon on the start menu of the game
• Add a link to Patreon on the settings page of the game
• Add the cyberpunk room to the game
• Add new UI buttons to UI
• Bug: The farm bedroom doesn't fit in the scene - I had to resize the background
• Bug: Hide the foreground when the intro scene transitions
• Create a build
• Add the link to the game on Patreon
• Write a promo for the game to post on reddit
• Upload and use screenshots of the game for the about page
