Any way we can have him weilding some badass lighting or something though? Or maybe lighting spear? Would be epic!

It depends if you intend to do all the gods. The father of the gods could be sitting on his throne, with his wife, brothers, sisters and children around him :p otherwise it's a one shot... standing. Zeus' symbols are the eagle and the aegis, the shield of his favourite daughter, none other than Athena.
