We will take all your comments into account and make Karlach the best she can be in the final version. We still have a lot of work to do on her, so expect something incredible.

The sculpt of Karlach's face is great, and I'm sure there will be additions/changes to incorporate her scars and skin textures. But I'm pretty much on board with the others in thinking the pose is kinda ill fitting for the character. Additionally the proportions for her stomach and lower legs seem kinda off.

I agree with the pose being off, Karlach's been through hell (literally) and this doesn't fit her character. She'd be defiant, challenging - and that is what gives her charm. She'd certainly not stand in a seductive pose.
