PuryFi for Firefox v0.5.8 (Patreon)

It's here, finally!

Due to delays and problems on the firefox extension hub we directly jumped from version 0.5.2 to 0.5.8!

Version 0.5.8 comes with many improvements, so many big and small ones i have trouble remembering them all, so here are just a few:

- Better and faster blurring + customisation options

- Better, faster pixelation + customisation options

- Memory sparing GIF encoding mode (new default option) or fast GIF encoding (2x speed)

- New GIF Thumbnail mode (for non-patreons too)

- Experimental video overlay

- Super cool Context Menu options

- Cache control
