i have to say, you might see me changing the parts up a bit; maybe even tweak them a lot here and there. Thats because for some reason I'm struggling a little with the way the concept of the powers is in my head vs how it comes out on the canvas. 

For now I can only explain that with Adrien having his own powers, the akumatization makes him too powerful, as we've seen the concept in Miraculous New York. On top of that the symbiote is making it kind of an overload on his body and mind, and i wanted to portray that fight of power within his own self. It's also important for plot progression. Because he honestly is too powerful for a single miraculous holder to fight with.

So yes, Hawkmoth did akumatize him, but he's not being able to control his akuma because the symbiote wont let him. You'll find out how all of this happened in the future parts. Like I said, there's a lot to unpack.
