Happy Sunday! This week's screenshot is a sneak peek of the stealth ambush system we've been working on. As you can see, it's somewhat similar to what we had in D1.
Currently, should the player fail to hit the white spaces twice, a battle will be initiated instead. If the player succeeds, the player avoids a battle and the enemy gets tied up. This time it's a lot more accurate and flexible than it was in D1, and we've made it work on male enemies too.
It's still subject to change, of course, but we now have functional prototype to work from. Once we have some art for it, we plan to make the circle a bit bigger and put the art in the center.
