I think it seems confusing because Kim/Pleum has both sets of memories. He also has Kim’s body memories that are coming back to him. And for what I understood, the original Kim was actually interested in Khao, too!

I got a very weird vide of this episode.... but to answer your question, yes that guy was Plum brother. The guy that explained the rule was using his brother body.
