I think that that Sanada is going to find out about what Ren "did" as a child. He could use that to blackmail Ren into leaving. Ren will not want Kazuma to be gossiped about. The clip did say that Ren "disappears again", right?

I love this show. I want to wrap Ren up in bubble wrap and keep him safe. He lied when he was young saying he forced Kazuma to have sex with him. I don’t know if he genuinely felt like he did or was protecting Kazuma but dang it has put him through some shit. I’m loving how things are unfolding and I hope Kazuma learns about what Ren did and what he went through in the next episode. I feel like once he knows they can finally be honest about their feelings and truly heal.
